What does "made to order" actually mean?

Your piece isn't made until you order it. No stock sitting in a warehouse, nothing made that nobody asked for. Production usually takes 1-2 days, then it ships to you.

How long until it arrives?

Australia: most orders arrive within 4-7 business days of ordering. International: varies by country - you'll have tracking either way. Full details on the Delivery page.

How much is shipping?

Australia $10, free over $100. International $15 AUD flat, free over $100 - duties and taxes already included, so no customs surprises.

Can I return something?

Changed your mind or the size isn't right? Email us within 30 days - send it back unworn (you cover postage) and you'll get full store credit. Something actually wrong with it - misprint, damage, fault? We'll replace or refund it, always. Full policy on the Returns page.

How do I pick my size?

Check the size guide on each product page - measurements, not vibes. Between sizes? Email us before you order and we'll tell you straight. And if it still lands wrong, store credit has your back.

How do I care for my piece?

Every garment is a little different, so the care tag on your piece gets the final say. As a general rule for printed pieces: cold machine wash, inside out, hang dry, and don't iron the print. It'll last longer than the trend cycle - that's the point.

What does Not Your Label mean?

The short version: labels can be useful - they can help you understand yourself - but they don't get to define you. The long version is on the About page, and it started in a small Sydney apartment.
