Shipping policy

Everything at Not Your Label is made to order - your piece doesn't exist until you order it. Here's exactly how that works, including the parts that aren't in our control.

The short version

Production usually takes 1-2 days, then it ships. Most Australian orders arrive within 4-7 business days of ordering. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment yours ships.

What it costs

Australia: $10 flat, free on orders over $100.

International: $15 AUD flat, free on orders over $100. We ship to 27 countries.

How long it takes

Australia: most orders arrive within 4-7 business days of ordering.

International: varies by destination - you'll have tracking either way.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Location, courier workload, public holidays and the occasional act of chaos all affect it. If something's running significantly late, we'll tell you rather than leave you guessing.

Customs, duties and import taxes on international orders

If you're ordering from outside Australia, your country may charge customs duties or import taxes on your order. These are set by your government, not by us, they're not included in what you pay at checkout, and we have no way to know or control what they'll be.

We know that's not the answer anyone wants. We'd rather tell you upfront than have it turn up as a surprise at your door. If you're unsure, your local customs office can tell you what applies before you order.

Multiple parcels

Some orders ship in more than one parcel - different pieces are sometimes produced in different places. If that happens, there's no extra cost to you, and each parcel gets its own tracking.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. If you haven't received one within 7 days of ordering, email contact@notyourlabel.com and we'll find out what's happening.

Once a parcel is with the courier it's in their hands, but if tracking stalls or goes strange, tell us - we'll chase it.

Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout, including unit and flat numbers. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly, and if a parcel comes back to us for that reason, reshipping is at your cost.

If tracking says delivered and it isn't, contact the courier with your tracking number first - they can trace it. Tell us too and we'll help where we can.

Why made to order?

No overstock, no unsold piles, less waste. Your piece gets made because you wanted it - we think that's worth a couple of days.
